TRL Network — Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TRL Network, including our Discord server, Discord bot, website, and administrative dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TRL Network ("TRL," "we," "us," or "our"). By joining our Discord server, registering as a clipper, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We may request additional verification of age or identity at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
2. What TRL Network Is
TRL Network is a creator network that connects "clippers" (content creators) with brand and campaign opportunities. Through our Discord server and bot, clippers can:
- Register an account and link social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) for verification;
- Join active campaigns with defined budgets, content requirements, and payout structures;
- Submit content ("clips") for review;
- Earn payouts based on performance metrics (such as views) up to a per-campaign cap;
- Participate in a referral program to earn bonuses for inviting other clippers;
- Access support via a ticketing system.
Brands and partners may also contact us to build and launch campaigns distributed through the network.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To participate, you must register through the bot and provide accurate information, which may include your Discord identity, country, payment details (such as a PayPal email or UPI ID), clipping experience, and linked social media handles. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date. We may require you to verify ownership of linked social accounts and may approve, decline, or request corrections to your registration or demographic submissions at our discretion.
4. Campaigns & Submissions
- Campaigns are posted with a defined budget, per-clip or per-user payout cap, content requirements, and eligible platforms.
- You must post content from your own social media account(s) and submit the post link through the bot for tracking.
- Submissions are reviewed and may be approved, rejected, or sent back for correction. We track performance metrics (views, likes, and related engagement data) for verification and payout purposes.
- Estimated payouts are based on tracked performance and are subject to verification before being finalized and paid.
- We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet a campaign's requirements, violates these Terms, or appears fraudulent (e.g., inflated or manipulated metrics).
5. Payments
- Payouts are calculated based on verified performance metrics and any applicable per-user or per-campaign caps described in a campaign's brief.
- Approved payouts are typically processed within the timeframe stated in our FAQ or campaign brief (currently targeted at 5–7 business days after a submission meets the required threshold), but timing is not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment information you provided.
- We reserve the right to withhold, delay, reverse, or deny payment where we reasonably suspect fraud, metric manipulation, policy violations, or violation of the platform terms of the social network on which content was posted.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on payouts you receive.
6. Referral Program
Referral bonuses are awarded when a referred user reaches specified milestones, as described in our referral terms at the time. Referral bonuses may be adjusted, paused, or revoked if we determine referral activity is fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise abusive (e.g., use of fake or duplicate accounts).
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit fake, stolen, misappropriated, or plagiarized content;
- Use bots, view-farming, engagement pods, or other artificial means to inflate metrics;
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent per-user payout caps or referral rules;
- Misrepresent your identity, location, or social media ownership;
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other members, staff, or brands;
- Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord) in the course of using our Service;
- Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the bot, dashboard, or underlying systems without authorization.
Violations may result in warnings, loss of campaign access, forfeiture of pending payouts, kicks, bans, or blacklisting from future participation, at our discretion.
8. Moderation
We maintain moderation records (including warnings, kicks, bans, and support ticket history) to enforce these Terms and maintain server integrity. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the Service without entitlement to disputed or pending payouts tied to the violation.
9. Brands & Campaign Partners
If you engage TRL to build or run a campaign, additional terms specific to that engagement (budget, deliverables, timelines, exclusivity, etc.) may be agreed separately, such as by email or a signed agreement. In the absence of a separate written agreement, these Terms apply to your use of the Service to the extent relevant.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create and post to your own social accounts. By submitting content for a campaign, you grant TRL and the relevant brand partner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reference, showcase, and use links to and metrics about that content for campaign reporting, verification, and promotional purposes related to the campaign.
The TRL Network name, branding, bot, dashboard, and related materials are our property or licensed to us, and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Third-Party Platforms
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party platforms (Discord, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third parties, including account suspensions, API changes, or platform-level penalties that affect your ability to participate or get paid.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings, campaign availability, or referral income.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRL Network and its team members will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may leave the Discord server or stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to payouts for submissions that were rejected, unverified, or under active investigation at the time of termination.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Discord server where practicable.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, in accordance with the Constitution of India and applicable Indian law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder).
17. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@trlnetwork.com or through our Discord server.
